Alanfit Ortho products are covered with 1 Year warranty in case of the following manufacturing defects.

• The foam gets compressed more than 1 inch over the warranty period
• The foam gets deformed and loses its shape over the warranty period
• The outer cover or the inner foam is damaged or torn

Warranty not applicable to:

• Regular wear and tear of cover and foam
• Any damages to the product occurs while opening and handling

Do retain the invoice and brand tags to avail of the warranty.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Returns/Replacement

These products sold by Alanfit Orthodesign is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will assist you with refund/replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Refund

The refund the invoice order when applicable gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.
